Senior Security Engineer

About the role

The Senior Security Engineer will design, build, and maintain advanced security solutions across multi‑cloud and hybrid environments, leading architecture projects and mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end security for AWS, Azure, GCP and hybrid infrastructures.
• Embed automated SAST/DAST scanning into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Lead technical response during high‑severity incidents and perform digital forensics.
• Implement AI security guardrails and defend against AI‑driven social engineering.
• Manage risk‑based vulnerability programs aligned with business impact.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, NIST 800‑53 and emerging cloud sovereignty regulations.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of cybersecurity or systems engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, OSCP/OSCE, CCSP, AWS Certified Security, CASE.

Required skills

• Cloud security, IAM, Terraform, Bicep, cloud‑native SIEM.
• Programming in Python, Go or Rust for security tooling.
• Zero Trust Network Access, ZTNA, BGP, Software‑Defined Perimeter.
• SOAR and XDR platforms.
• Knowledge of quantum‑resistant cryptography and digital provenance protocols.
