Senior Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst

About the role

Coefficient Giving is expanding its grantmaking operations and needs a senior professional who can both administer Salesforce and translate stakeholder needs into functional solutions. The role blends hands‑on Salesforce administration with business analysis to ensure smooth, high‑quality delivery of enhancements across the platform and connected tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own a share of ticket triage, resolve inbound cases, and make declarative updates (custom objects, validation rules, flows, permission sets, formulas, roll‑up summaries).
• Deploy changes from sandbox to production following DevOps practices and improve the release process.
• Lead intake, discovery, and requirements gathering for projects spanning Salesforce, Airtable, Slack, FormAssembly, Fillout, Ironclad, and Claude‑powered workflows.
• Document system functionality, create user‑facing guides, and propose enhancements or bug fixes.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, write clear requirements, and ensure sprint‑ready work for the development team.

Required profile

• Experienced Salesforce professional who combines strong administration expertise with a passion for analyzing and improving business processes.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, translate technical and non‑technical needs into actionable requirements, and drive projects to completion.
