Senior Sales Manager – Semiconductors

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager – Semiconductors will lead the sales of Bosch’s sensor and semiconductor components for automotive OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers. Based in Sunnyvale, this individual contributor role drives revenue growth, manages key customer relationships and ensures seamless commercial operations across the semiconductor portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee commercial activities for directed‑buy Tier customers, OEM business and foundry business, including sales reporting, logistics, sample coordination and contract negotiations.
• Manage end‑to‑end quotation and order processes, from customer inquiry to purchase‑order confirmation.
• Lead price‑adder negotiations and identify new business opportunities for semiconductor and sensor components.
• Collaborate closely with original‑equipment (OE) sales teams to align strategies and customer requirements.
• Own account receivables for Tier, foundry and OEM customers, monitoring payments and escalating issues to protect cash flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales of semiconductor or sensor components to automotive OEMs or Tier‑1 suppliers.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex commercial contracts.
• Excellent relationship‑building capabilities with key automotive customers.
