About the role

The Head of Sales for 5th Quarter Agency will lead revenue generation for a fast‑growing creator‑growth division of Dhar Mann Studios. You will be responsible for signing new YouTube creators and expanding strategic partnerships to unlock new monetisation streams.

Key responsibilities

  • Scale the client portfolio to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and pitch high‑potential YouTube creators and secure new contracts.
  • Build referral networks with influencer agencies, creator managers and YouTube partners.
  • Develop sales decks and pitch materials that position the agency as an industry leader.
  • Oversee client success, ensuring transparent reporting and measurable growth.

Required profile

  • 7+ years of sales experience in influencer marketing, talent management or creator partnerships.
  • Extensive network of creator‑industry contacts.
  • Deep knowledge of YouTube, social video platforms, monetisation models and creator dynamics.
  • Strong operational and organisational ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Low‑ego, entrepreneurial mindset ready to drive results.
