Senior Sales Advisor – New York City

About the role

As a Senior Sales Advisor you will represent Boggi Milano to customers, delivering high‑level service, promoting the brand and driving store performance in a fast‑moving fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level service to customers both online and offline, promoting the brand and its products.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, maintaining the brand’s image and style standards.
• Develop and sustain long‑term customer relationships to strengthen brand prestige.
• Drive sales by optimizing each phase of the commercial relationship, including cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Support omnichannel services using sales tablets, click‑and‑collect and other digital tools.
• Participate in store upkeep, stock management and inventory activities.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in menswear or luxury fashion retail.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 45 lb and stand for long periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS software for transactions and returns.
• Experience using omnichannel retail tools such as sales tablets and click‑and‑collect systems.
