Senior Sales Account Manager - Semiconductor Portfolio

About the role

The Senior Sales Account Manager will lead the sales of Bosch's semiconductor and sensor components, managing relationships with automotive OEMs and Tier‑1 customers. This individual contributor role focuses on driving revenue, negotiating contracts, and expanding Bosch's footprint in the automotive market.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee commercial activities for directed‑buy Tier customers, OEM business, and foundry business, including sales reporting, logistics, and sample coordination.
• Manage end‑to‑end quotation and order processes, ensuring accurate quotes and timely order confirmations.
• Lead price negotiations and acquire new business opportunities for semiconductor and sensor components.
• Collaborate closely with original equipment (OE) sales teams to align strategies and meet customer requirements.
• Own account receivables for Tier, foundry, and OEM customers, monitoring payments and escalating issues to maintain healthy cash flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or account management within the automotive or semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of OEM and Tier‑1 customer dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
