Senior Revenue Operations Manager

About the role

Spreedly is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to own and optimise the entire customer lifecycle, from lead acquisition through post‑sale motion. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you will be the senior individual contributor on a small, high‑impact team, setting standards for how revenue operations work is executed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full revenue funnel, including lead generation, pipeline management, deal execution and post‑sale processes.
• Design, maintain and improve systems and reporting that provide visibility into revenue performance.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, product and engineering to align metrics, forecasts and operational processes.
• Drive data‑driven decision‑making and continuously refine the revenue operations playbook.
• Serve as a hands‑on owner of revenue operations, executing tasks directly while establishing scalable best practices.
