Senior Renewals Operations Manager – Professional Services

About the role
Veeam is seeking a Senior Renewals Operations Manager to lead the operational excellence of its global Professional Services organization. Reporting to the SVP of Professional Services, you will own the end‑to‑end Technical Account Manager experience and ensure seamless collaboration across Renewals, Customer Success, Support and Sales.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Professional Services leadership to translate strategy into scalable execution and evolve the global operating model.
- Drive the business rhythm (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to identify risks, optimize performance and maintain predictability.
- Define, track and report KPIs and leading indicators that measure health, productivity and forecast accuracy.
- Own and continuously improve the Technical Account Manager workflow, tools and processes to reduce friction and increase high‑value customer engagement.
- Lead cross‑functional alignment with Renewals, Customer Success, Support, Sales, Finance and Systems teams.
- Manage change initiatives, ensuring adoption of new processes, tools and operating models.
- Leverage data, analytics and AI‑driven capabilities to deliver insights, automate reporting and build predictive models.
Required profile
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Renewals Operations, Customer Success Operations or a closely related field.
- Fluent English (bilingual) with strong cross‑functional influence.
- Proven ability to work in a highly visible, data‑driven environment and drive operational change.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and delivering results at a global scale.
