About the role

As a Senior Relationship Banker at Santander, you will manage a portfolio of high‑value consumer and small‑business clients in Langhorne, PA. The role focuses on attracting new customers, deepening existing relationships, and delivering a seamless, personalized banking experience across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and grow a mixed portfolio of consumer and small‑business clients.
