Senior Recruiter – Remote (US Firm)

About the role

Inside Out LLC is a US‑based executive assistant placement firm looking for a Senior Recruiter to work fully remote. You will focus exclusively on sourcing, screening, and matching senior executive assistants for US executives, leveraging a global talent pool.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen executive assistant candidates across South Africa, Latin America, the Philippines and other regions.
• Conduct video interviews and evaluate candidates against a standardized scorecard.
• Assess communication, professionalism, energy, and cultural fit for US executive clients.
• Build and maintain a bench of interview‑ready EA candidates.
• Match bench candidates to incoming client requirements and create shortlists.
• Keep the ATS (JazzHR) clean and up‑to‑date with statuses, notes, and candidate media.
• Collaborate with the operations manager and fellow recruiters to meet fill‑time targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency or high‑volume environments.
• Proven ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality.
• Experience recruiting administrative, executive support, or office‑based professionals.
• Comfortable working full‑time in an ATS and managing candidate pipelines.
