Senior Recruiter – Remote In-House Temp

About the role

Kelly is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support its Americas RPO team. This remote, in‑house temporary position focuses on high‑volume recruitment for manufacturing and warehouse roles across multiple operating companies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full‑life‑cycle recruiting for manufacturing and warehouse positions with rapid throughput.
• Manage candidate intake efficiently, screening and placing candidates across 2–3 operating companies.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to align on client needs and follow process‑driven guidelines.
• Adapt quickly to shifting recruiting volumes and priorities in a complex, process‑oriented environment.
• Maintain fair, equitable selection practices while keeping candidates engaged.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume recruitment cycles (P2 level or higher).
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and multitasking skills across multiple high‑priority requisitions.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
