Senior Recruiter – Manufacturing & Corporate Functions

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for a global manufacturing client. The role supports both corporate functions and plant operations, delivering a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to offer acceptance. This remote position works closely with leaders in Cincinnati and across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate roles (Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain) and plant‑based positions (Plant Managers, Production Supervisors, Maintenance Engineers, EHS, Quality specialists).
• Conduct intake meetings, advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation benchmarks and hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, industry networks and proactive talent communities.
• Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant and data‑driven; support offer negotiations and pre‑employment screening.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, chemical or engineering environments.
• Proven ability to handle both corporate and operational hiring requirements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
