Senior Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

EAB is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition across multiple business lines. Based in Richmond, Virginia or Washington, D.C., you will partner with hiring managers to design sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, and close offers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate lifecycle: attraction, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop deep understanding of diverse job profiles to conduct thorough, competency‑based interviews.
• Market EAB’s employer brand to prospective talent and create compelling offer packages.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and market data to refine sourcing tactics and meet hiring goals.
• Collaborate with fellow recruiters to share pipelines and achieve team targets.
• Provide consultative guidance to hiring teams on role definition, talent market realities, and assessment strategies.
