Senior Recruiter – Finance & Marketing

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing technology company that is scaling its Finance and Marketing teams across the Bay Area and the broader United States. As a Senior Recruiter you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for these functions, building the recruitment engine from the ground up and delivering top‑tier talent that matches the company’s transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for Finance and Marketing roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Design and automate sourcing, screening and pipeline workflows using AI‑driven tools.
• Analyse funnel metrics, identify conversion bottlenecks and implement process or technology fixes.
• Partner with hiring managers on scorecards, calibration, structured interviewing and compensation strategy.
• Craft a candidate experience that reflects the company’s high‑growth culture.

Required profile

• Proven track record hiring Finance (FP&A, Controller, CFO‑track) and Marketing (growth, brand, demand‑gen) talent at growth‑stage or public tech companies.
• Deep familiarity with Bay Area compensation dynamics, including base, equity and total‑comp discussions.
• Self‑starter who builds recruitment playbooks from scratch and thrives in a high‑agency environment.
• Comfortable working on‑site two days per week in a hybrid setting.
