Senior React Native Engineer – Consumer

Posh is building a platform that connects people to real‑world communities. As a Senior React Native Engineer you will drive technical strategy and shape the experiences that link millions of users through live events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact cross‑functional frontend initiatives with product, design, and engineering.
• Own and evolve the architecture of web and mobile applications, ensuring performance, accessibility and maintainability.
• Define and enforce standards for frontend quality, scalability, developer experience and design‑system consistency.
• Partner with design and product teams to translate complex ideas into intuitive user interfaces.
• Manage the end‑to‑end release process for React Native apps, including versioning, build generation, App Store/Play Store submissions and post‑release monitoring.
• Mentor senior engineers, foster diverse thinking and continuous improvement.
• Champion best practices in tooling, testing, CI/CD and code quality across multiple teams.
• Balance rapid experimentation with sustainable, scalable design.

Required profile

• 7–9 years of experience leading large‑scale frontend projects with significant organizational impact.
• 3–4 years of deep expertise in React Native and Expo, with a proven track record of shipping high‑quality mobile applications.
• Demonstrated ability to shape frontend architecture and technical strategy for consumer‑facing products.
• Experience mentoring and developing senior engineers.
• Strong collaboration skills with product and design teams.
