Senior Quality Specialist

About the role

Surventis is seeking a Senior Quality Specialist to ensure that our products, processes, and services consistently meet internal and external quality standards. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance with global quality frameworks and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, and internal O&M requirements.
• Lead Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies and waste.
• Coach and train team members on quality methodologies and best practices.
• Define, measure, analyze, improve, and control product and process quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective actions and drive cost reductions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior quality role within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of automotive and industrial quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead continuous‑improvement projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
