Senior Project Manager – Water Infrastructure

About the role

HDR is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high‑profile water infrastructure projects across the United States. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, advise clients, and help shape the future of safe drinking water, wastewater treatment, flood protection and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and delivery of large, multi‑disciplinary engineering projects and programs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on technical and strategic matters.
• Mentor and develop internal project teams, fostering high performance.
• Oversee program and construction management activities to ensure schedule, budget and quality goals are met.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and funding strategy for complex water initiatives.
