Senior Project Manager – Manufacturing & Supply Chain

Every day we get opportunities to make a positive impact on colleagues, partners, customers and society. As a Senior Project Manager you will plan and run projects with major impact on technology, organization, footprint structures and processes to optimize overall site performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute major projects/programs with varying capital investments to support the Broken Arrow site and Business Unit.
• Develop and implement transformations that include people, processes and investments, including supply‑chain and product development initiatives.
• Lead the implementation of the Air footprint strategy and oversee air factories operational plan management.
• Define business cases, manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, change, communication and reporting for each project.
• Motivate and develop high‑performing project teams and provide status updates to steering committees and business leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science required; Master of Science preferred in manufacturing, supply chain or related field.
• 10+ years of successful project management experience; PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong cooperation, communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma principles; Green Belt certification is a plus.
• Background in production industrialization, layout optimization, takt‑time analysis and process validation is advantageous.
