About the role
Florence Electric is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Own full P&L responsibility for assigned projects and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
- Oversee all phases of project execution from pre‑construction through close‑out, ensuring delivery on schedule, within scope and budget.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement strategy, and resource allocation.
- Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers and partner with field leadership.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in electrical construction project management.
- Proven experience managing large‑scale or multiple concurrent projects ($5M‑$20M).
- Advanced knowledge of electrical construction principles and practices.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus.
Required skills
- Project budgeting and financial analysis.
- Risk identification and mitigation.
- Use of project tracking systems such as COINS or equivalent.
- Leadership and mentorship of project teams.
