Senior Project Manager - Construction

Join Erickson-Hall Construction Co., a national, employee‑owned firm recognized as a Top Workplace. As a Senior Project Manager you will lead impactful construction projects in El Centro, CA, collaborating with a dedicated team of employee‑owners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client expectations and provide project leadership.
• Control project documents, ensuring they are complete, current, and properly managed.
• Prepare cost proposals, change orders, and develop project budgets.
• Oversee project accounting, including owner billings and subcontractor progress payments.
• Maintain budgets and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and documentation requirements.
• Develop and manage CPM schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, procure materials/equipment, monitor budgets, and handle billings.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, owners, subcontractors, and field personnel.

Required profile

• Commercial or public‑works experience managing multiple construction projects or a large complex project.
• Four‑year degree in construction management, construction science, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of current construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and teams.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project (or comparable scheduling software).
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
