Senior Project Management Specialist

About the role

Lead and manage complex research and development projects for Nestlé Nutrition’s Global Baby Food Meals & Drinks category, driving new science, product launches, and strategic roadmaps with a consumer‑centric, growth mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate project scope, objectives, and expectations with senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead front‑end innovation activities, distilling complexity into actionable decisions.
• Build and manage end‑to‑end project schedules, critical paths, budgets, and status reporting.
• Facilitate cross‑functional team meetings, risk assessments, and post‑launch reviews.
• Coach and influence multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals while mitigating risks.

Required profile

• At least five years of experience managing large‑scale, cross‑functional projects in an R&D or innovation environment.
• Experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in research, development, or manufacturing.
• BS in a related science field (e.g., Food Science, Biology, Chemistry).
• Project Management certification such as PMP, ITIL, or COBIT is a plus.
• Ability to travel 10‑20% domestically and internationally.
