Senior Project Designer - Land Development

About the role

The Senior Project Designer will support large commercial land‑development projects, focusing on heavy grading, utility layout, and design under the supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer. This role requires strong design skills in AutoCAD and Civil 3D and a collaborative approach within a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate presentation, design, and construction documents using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, designers, consultants, and clients to coordinate project deliverables.
• Interpret codes, regulations, and client requirements to guide design decisions.
• Calculate quantities, areas, and other data for land development civil engineering designs.
• Travel to sites for investigations, measurements, and construction monitoring, then produce detailed reports.

Required profile

• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Adobe Suite.
• Advanced experience in grading, utility layout, and design.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and self‑motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean record.
