Senior Program Manager – Defense Transformation

About the role

Navaide is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead a Department of Defense enterprise transformation program. You will be the primary liaison for senior government stakeholders, overseeing delivery, staffing, finances, risk, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of program execution, including delivery, staffing, financial performance, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
• Build trusted relationships with government stakeholders and serve as Navaide's day‑to‑day program lead.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Identify and implement innovations, process improvements, and emerging technologies to enhance client outcomes.
• Support account growth by spotting new opportunities and contributing to capture activities.
• Mentor and develop project team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years leading complex federal programs or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Proven success managing cross‑functional teams, budgets, schedules, and senior customer relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation abilities.
• Experience with Department of Defense or Federal Civilian agencies.
• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
