Senior Program Analyst – Credit Risk Oversight & Site Lead

About the role

Connexus Hub is assembling an eight‑person support team for a federal financial regulator in Southwest Washington, DC. The Senior Program Analyst will lead complex credit‑risk analyses, produce dashboards and reports, and serve as the on‑site point of contact for the agency’s contracting officer representative.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end analytical work: scope projects, select methods, gather data, conduct analyses, and present findings to senior decision‑makers.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards, portfolio metrics and oversight indicators used by agency leadership.
• Integrate financial, operational and qualitative data to evaluate lender performance and draft decision memos, white papers and briefings.
• Supervise eight contractor staff, manage time‑keeping, leave, training records and suitability pipelines, and act as the primary liaison with the agency’s COR and program manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, economics, finance, statistics, data analytics or a related field (mandatory); master’s preferred.
• Minimum three years of progressive analytical experience at a GS‑11 level or equivalent, including leading program analyses and designing performance measurement frameworks.
• Supervisory experience in a federal on‑site environment, covering timekeeping, leave and personnel actions.
• U.S. citizenship, ability to pass a Tier 2 background investigation and obtain an HSPD‑12 credential.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with a business‑intelligence or data‑visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or demonstrated ability to learn one quickly.
