Senior Product Marketing Manager – Order Management

About the role

Manhattan Associates is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning and go‑to‑market strategy for its cloud‑native Order Management System (OMS). You will translate complex order orchestration and omnichannel capabilities into clear business benefits for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve core messaging for ActiveOrder, focusing on outcomes such as faster promises, friction‑free returns, and consistent omnichannel service.
• Craft differentiated positioning for order orchestration, customer service, and store fulfillment within a unified commerce platform.
• Partner with product, sales, and partner teams to define launch plans and create enablement assets like pitch decks, ROI calculators, and FAQs.
• Produce thought‑leadership content (blogs, eBooks, webinars) that highlights real customer outcomes and supports analyst relations.
• Collaborate across R&D, professional services, and customer success to drive adoption and showcase demos.

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B or SaaS product marketing experience, with at least 4 years focused on order management, unified commerce, or omnichannel software.
• Deep, hands‑on knowledge of distributed order orchestration, available‑to‑promise, BOPIS, returns, and integration with POS and warehouse systems.
• Proven track record marketing to senior digital commerce and operations executives at $500M+ enterprises.
• Exceptional written, oral, and executive presentation skills.
