Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager you will shape how the market perceives our AI‑native identity security platform, acting as the bridge between product and the field. You will lead end‑to‑end launches, refine positioning, and equip sellers with compelling stories that win deals.

Key responsibilities

• Own product launches end‑to‑end, including narrative, messaging, assets and cross‑functional coordination across product, sales, customer success and marketing.
• Develop and maintain positioning and messaging that is technically credible and commercially sharp across the website, sales decks and campaigns.
• Lead sales enablement by translating release “so what” into seller‑friendly language, building pitch narratives and training the field.
• Support competitive intelligence by tracking the IGA and emerging agentic identity landscape and equipping the field to differentiate.
• Partner with product management to shape roadmap narrative, define ICP and buyer personas, and bring customer and field feedback into product decisions.
• Build proof points through customer stories, metrics and content to make claims undeniable.

Required profile

• Deep product marketing background in B2B SaaS, preferably in identity, infrastructure or security.
• Strong storyteller who can make technical messages emotionally compelling and distinguish positioning from feature lists.
• Proven experience in sales enablement, translating complex capabilities into clear “so what” language and training teams.
• Track record of owning real product launches that moved pipeline and were adopted by sellers.
• Customer‑obsessed, comfortable speaking with CISOs, CIOs, Heads of IT and AI leaders, and able to get technical with product and engineering.
• Thrives in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments, especially emerging AI‑focused categories.
• High ownership mindset, constantly raising the bar and obsessing over customer success.
