Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the role

BusPatrol is looking for a senior product marketing leader to shape the positioning, launch, and growth of its school‑safety and transportation technology portfolio. The role will act as the central bridge between product, sales, customer success, government relations and executive teams to ensure market‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product marketing strategy, positioning and messaging across the portfolio.
• Lead go‑to‑market plans for new product launches, feature releases and market expansions.
• Develop sales enablement assets such as presentations, battlecards, ROI calculators and industry‑specific messaging.
• Build and maintain competitive intelligence programs, monitoring industry trends and legislative developments.
• Collaborate with product leadership to influence roadmap decisions using market and customer insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, go‑to‑market strategy or related commercial leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise product launches and commercialization initiatives.
• Strong analytical ability to translate market data into strategic decisions.
