Senior Product Manager - Medical Inquiry

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of Veeva MedInquiry, a solution for Medical Information teams. You will collaborate with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering to define product strategy, roadmap, and detailed specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype, configure, and rapidly validate Veeva MedInquiry solutions to solve the right problems in the right order.
• Iterate quickly using agile methods, continuously improving the product.
• Author high‑quality specifications and user stories, communicating clear, actionable requirements to engineering.
• Own the product roadmap, align cross‑functional teams, and translate industry trends into concrete product requirements.
• Partner with Engineering, QA, and Product Management to build harmonized solutions across Veeva applications.
• Maintain a passion for excellence and take pride in delivering high‑impact features.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience.
• Experience with case management and customer service intake channels.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven expertise in design, product development, and strategic planning.
• Ability to research market needs and create short‑ and long‑term roadmaps.
• Experience writing detailed user stories and managing a backlog.
• Understanding of architectural constraints and ability to convey them.
• Track record of collaborating with engineering and QA to deliver products.
• Experience with data modeling (ERDs) and Lucidchart.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Based in the Eastern Standard Time zone and authorized to work in the USA or Canada.
