Senior Product Manager – High Speed Interconnect

About the role

3M is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and lifecycle of high‑speed copper interconnect products. You will work with global teams to shape solutions for data‑centers, AI infrastructure, networking, storage, telecom and OEM markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management for high‑speed interconnects.
• Identify growth opportunities across data‑center, AI, networking and telecom segments.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and sales to develop and launch new products.
• Define specifications, performance targets, compliance, pricing and launch criteria.
• Support design trade‑offs related to signal integrity, mechanical design, thermal performance, reliability, manufacturability and cost.
• Manage new product introductions, sustaining improvements, cost optimization and end‑of‑life planning.
• Develop business cases, margin targets and pricing recommendations.
• Create sales enablement materials, value propositions and competitive positioning.
• Lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority to deliver products on time and within targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum seven years of product management experience, preferably in high‑speed interconnect, data‑center, AI or telecom markets.
