Senior Product Manager – Growth

About the role

Campus is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead growth‑focused initiatives across the enrollment funnel. You will own the end‑to‑end product experience that helps prospective students discover Campus, apply, enroll, and start their first week of classes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for acquisition, activation, enrollment, and early activation.
• Analyze data, user behavior, and feedback to identify friction points and design solutions that improve conversion.
• Drive high‑velocity execution of growth loops, referral mechanisms, and word‑of‑mouth channels.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross‑functional partners to prototype, test, and launch features.
• Measure impact against key metrics such as visitor‑to‑application and enrollment‑to‑start rates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management, growth, or strategy experience with a track record of shipping impactful products.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to translate pain points into product experiences.
• Data‑driven decision‑making using metrics, funnels, and experimentation.
• Ability to prioritize ambiguous problems, make trade‑offs, and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and high EQ collaboration style.

Required skills

• Fluency with data analysis, metrics, and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience building rapid prototypes and leveraging AI tooling in product workflows.
