Senior Product Manager – Genomics DNA Sequencing

About the role

Plasmidsaurus is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its genomics DNA sequencing services portfolio. You will shape strategy, translate market and customer insights into product roadmaps, and drive cross‑functional execution from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer research to uncover unmet needs, workflows, and use cases for genomics sequencing.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and segmentation to inform product strategy and prioritization.
• Define and evolve the product roadmap, aligning with technical feasibility and operational readiness.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation through commercial launch and iterative improvement.
• Lead pricing, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategy in collaboration with Marketing and Revenue teams.
• Track performance metrics, gather feedback, and refine offerings to drive adoption and revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in biotech, genomics, or related scientific services.
• Strong ability to synthesize market and customer data into actionable product strategies.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, working closely with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of launching and scaling complex services.
