Senior Product Manager, Financial Operations Technology

About the role

The Finance and Operations team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Financial Operations Technology group, focusing on fund accounting systems and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users, developers, and quality engineers to design solutions that improve accounting, investor reporting, and financial reporting systems.
• Define technical requirements, prioritize product roadmaps, and support existing applications.
• Partner with global IT, Finance, and Operations leaders to align technology initiatives with business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher with at least seven years of relevant experience; fund accounting experience is a plus.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage projects to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong systems‑thinking ability to solve open‑ended problems.
