Senior Product Manager – Commercial Technology & Innovation

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead commercial technology and innovation initiatives within its Advisory practice. You will act as the general manager for both commercial and internal products, guiding the full product lifecycle from concept through retirement while aligning business goals, user experience, and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage product activities from definition through end‑of‑life.
• Drive product innovation by blending technical expertise with creative thinking to meet evolving client needs.
• Oversee product lifecycle activities, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance, ensuring market relevance.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for commercial products to accelerate business growth.
• Conduct customer needs analysis and market research to shape product strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product vision with business objectives.
• Apply business process modeling and strategic planning to optimise development processes.
• Lead product marketing efforts to boost customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

Required profile

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in product management or technology consulting.
• Proven ability to lead and coach diverse, high‑performing teams.
• Strong judgment for decision‑making and escalation when needed.
