Senior Product Manager – Card Payments

About the role

Rain is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end experience of its card offering, the bridge between stablecoins and real‑world spending. You will shape the product roadmap, platform capabilities, and growth loops that drive adoption for fintech, neobank, and institutional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the cards product roadmap, covering cardholder experience, platform capabilities, and growth initiatives.
• Partner closely with engineering to balance platform and infrastructure trade‑offs such as issuing flows, authorization behavior, ledger design, and network integrations.
• Define and ship the card experience for partners, including onboarding, activation, spend controls, and lifecycle management.
• Build and optimise activation and growth levers that increase adoption, usage, and retention across partner programs.
• Translate complex payments and stablecoin infrastructure into intuitive product surfaces.
• Gather partner feedback, prioritise features, and drive the team toward high‑impact work.
• Measure performance rigorously, iterate, and improve the product continuously.

Required profile

• Senior‑level product manager with a track record of delivering fintech or payments products.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, design, and partnership teams.
• Comfortable engaging directly with fintech, neobank, and institutional customers.
