Senior Product Manager – AI‑Enabled Patent Solutions

About the role

The Senior Product Manager will own one or more AI‑enabled features for LexisNexis Intellectual Property solutions, guiding product development from concept through launch and post‑release management. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate customer pain points into innovative, data‑driven product capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, evaluate, and understand customer use cases to shape product direction.
• Create and deliver AI‑enabled product features that improve search quality and usability.
• Lead and mentor team members, supporting peer development and recruitment.
• Leverage metrics and data to track progress on customer needs and project budgets.
• Develop clear go‑to‑market launch plans in coordination with external, customer‑facing teams.
• Drive end‑to‑end product life‑cycle components, from planning to release.
• Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy and communicate it to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in a technical field or proven technical acumen.
• Natural problem‑solver able to lead collaborative issue resolution.
• Professional interaction skills with internal and external customers.
• Experience mentoring or training others and acting as a subject‑matter expert.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical thinking and strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities.
• Product development knowledge, including business case creation and product planning.
• Significant product management experience from concept through post‑release.
