Senior Product Designer

About the role

Welldoc is a leader in AI‑driven digital health, focused on improving cardiometabolic outcomes. As a Senior Product Designer you will shape mobile and web experiences, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and analysts to deliver world‑class, regulated health solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end design strategy and visual direction for mobile and web products, contributing to a scalable enterprise‑grade design system.
• Advocate for users by communicating complex design decisions to leadership and external stakeholders, aligning them with business and technical goals.
• Manage multiple high‑impact design initiatives, ensuring milestones are met within a fast‑paced roadmap.
• Serve as the final gatekeeper for design quality, reviewing development deliverables for usability, aesthetics, and accessibility compliance.
• Produce detailed design specifications, user flows, and high‑fidelity prototypes that guide engineering implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience designing native mobile and web applications with a record of successful product launches.
• BA/BS in Design (or equivalent experience); a master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and justify design decisions using UX research and product intuition.
• Experience working in regulated environments (ISO 13485, MDSAP, HITRUST, SOC 2) or willingness to be trained.
