Senior Product Designer

About the role

As a Senior Product Designer at Candid Health, you will shape the design foundation for a human‑centered healthcare payments system. You will work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to turn complex data workflows into intuitive experiences that help providers serve patients better.

Key responsibilities

• Build scalable design systems, platforms, and tools that endure over time.
• Design new product experiences that manage complex datasets and workflows.
• Create frameworks and patterns for consistent data storytelling across products.
• Mentor junior designers and help evolve the design culture and processes.
• Lead end‑to‑end projects, including user research, requirement definition, prototyping with engineering, and final implementation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience in fast‑growing B2B or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Proven track record leading design initiatives for data‑intensive platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to scale complex UX workflows.
• Mentorship experience and a commitment to elevating design craft.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining high standards for user experience.

What we offer
