Senior Product Data Analyst

About the role

Rain is seeking a Senior Product Data Analyst to become the analytical engine behind its product team. You will work with massive, rich datasets generated by payments and stablecoin infrastructure to drive product decisions that affect millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product leadership across cards, payments, and platform to define metrics, build dashboards, and answer strategic questions.
• Design, execute, and analyze end‑to‑end experiments, from hypothesis formulation to readout and prioritization.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses on partner usage, activation, retention, and economics, delivering clear, opinionated recommendations.
• Own the product metrics framework, establishing what is measured, how it is measured, and defining success criteria.
• Develop self‑serve analytics tools and dashboards that empower teams to answer their own questions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience as an individual contributor in product analytics or data analysis.
• Proven ability to translate raw data into actionable product insights.
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with product managers, engineers, and partnership leads.
