Senior Procurement & Corporate Services Analyst

About the role

The Senior Procurement & Corporate Services Analyst supports the Director of Procurement and Corporate Services in driving operational efficiency, policy alignment, and governance compliance for Santander’s Miami operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accounting guidance for Purchase Order issuance and expense reporting in Concur.
• Resolve PO‑to‑invoice issues and coordinate with Accounts Payable for timely vendor payments.
• Develop, document, and enhance procurement and travel policies in line with parent‑company standards.
• Maintain the TWA log and prepare supporting documentation for approvals.
• Draft, review, and coordinate internal shared‑services agreements with affiliated entities.
• Ensure audit‑ready documentation and compliance with internal, external, and regulatory audits.
• Offer backup support for travel and procurement functions during absences.
• Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and promote policy compliance.
• Partner with FP&A to monitor expenses against budgets and forecasts.
• Assist the Director in overseeing departmental operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong accounting knowledge related to purchase orders and expense reporting.
• Experience with Concur or similar expense management systems.
• Proven ability to develop and enforce procurement and travel policies.
• Familiarity with audit documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Capability to collaborate with finance, AP, and business units.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
