Senior Process Lead – Remote (US)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Process Lead to manage order fulfillment and provisioning activities for its US clients. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location within the United States while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular reviews of customer orders and move them through the process in accordance with established guidelines.
• Manage orders throughout the provisioning lifecycle, monitor progress, and escalate milestone delays.
• Oversee site readiness activities and coordinate test and turn‑up readiness with stakeholders.
• Handle ticketing processes across all systems, monitor status, and ensure timely resolution.
• Process Move, Add, Change, Disconnect (MACD) service requests accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain proactive communication with solution providers, end customers, channel managers and other stakeholders via calls, emails, chats and meetings.
• Identify out‑of‑scope product or service requests and route them to the appropriate owners.
• Support the team leader with ad‑hoc administrative tasks and reporting.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in order fulfillment, provisioning or related operations.
• Ability to meet key performance indicators for reliability, efficiency and quality.
• Strong adherence to information‑security policies and ability to report incidents promptly.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
