Senior Pricing Consultant – Global (Remote, USA)

About the role

The Global Senior Pricing Consultant will join Kelly’s Outsourcing and Consulting Business Unit to drive pricing strategy for MSP, RPO, PPO and Advisory Services worldwide. This remote, client‑facing position partners with sales and operations to design and price outsourcing solutions that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align pricing with business objectives and product roadmaps.
• Conduct regular pricing audits and reviews to identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead pricing negotiations with key clients and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain pricing models and tools for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members on pricing best practices.
• Perform market research to uncover new pricing opportunities and trends.
• Present pricing recommendations to senior leadership and executive teams.
• Monitor performance of pricing strategies and adjust based on data insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in pricing, consulting, sales, account management, or finance.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills to secure new business.
• Ability to understand financial concepts and make data‑based pricing decisions.
• Client‑facing experience with a focus on solution design.
