Senior People Operations Generalist

About the role

RDC is looking for a senior People Operations Generalist to own the end‑to‑end employee experience. You will manage payroll, benefits, compliance and recruiting while ensuring a seamless onboarding journey for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Run full‑cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer, and ensure every candidate leaves with a positive impression.
• Manage multi‑state payroll for 130+ employees, partner with Finance on reconciliations and audits.
• Administer benefits, open enrollment, life‑event changes and leave programs (FMLA, ADA, state‑specific leaves).
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, support performance review cycles, compensation updates and people reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of People Ops experience in a 100‑200 employee, multi‑state environment.
• Hands‑on experience processing multi‑state payroll and deep knowledge of federal and state employment law.
• Proven track record of owning full‑cycle recruiting and delivering memorable onboarding experiences.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and comfortable working as a generalist without direct reports.

Required skills

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platform.
• Expertise in multi‑state payroll processing.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO).
