Senior PEGA Developer

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior PEGA Developer to join its Enterprise Application Integration Services (EAIS) team in Charlotte, NC. You will work on complex ERP customizations, integrations and enhancements, leveraging PEGA and a suite of integration technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate business requirements with stakeholders across multiple units.
• Assist in designing solution architecture and customizing ERP modules to meet detailed specifications.
• Develop, integrate and maintain new features, conduct code reviews and ensure code stability.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes and guarantee seamless data flow between ERP and external applications.
• Monitor ERP performance, identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Produce comprehensive documentation and deliver user training for ERP customizations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of ERP systems and integration techniques.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end ERP package customization and implementation.
• Excellent analytical skills to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
