Senior Paid Search Manager (Google Ads)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Paid Search Manager to own and optimise Google Ads campaigns that drive qualified personal injury cases. The role combines strategic planning, day‑to‑day execution, and data‑driven optimisation in a fast‑moving legal marketing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and continuously optimise Google Search campaigns.
• Improve lead quality, cost per qualified lead and overall case acquisition performance.
• Own conversion tracking, attribution and reporting across Google Ads, GA4, GTM, call‑tracking and CRM systems.
• Analyse search terms, lead quality, conversion rates and ROI to inform optimisation decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership, intake teams and technical resources to enhance results.
• Test ad copy, landing pages, targeting, bidding strategies and new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience managing large Google Ads budgets (minimum $100K/month).
• Demonstrated ability to connect ad spend to qualified leads, signed cases and revenue.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience in competitive lead‑generation markets, preferably legal or personal‑injury.
