Senior Maximo Consultant

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Maximo Consultant to join its Enterprise Application Integration Services team in the United States. The role involves working on ERP and asset management solutions for clients in Detroit, Hartford and Richardson, delivering customizations, integrations and performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate business requirements across multiple units to align with ERP capabilities.
• Assist in solution architecture and customize IBM Maximo modules based on detailed specifications.
• Develop, integrate and maintain new features, conduct code reviews and ensure code stability.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes and support data flow between ERP and other systems.
• Assess system performance, identify enhancements and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Produce comprehensive documentation and deliver user training for customizations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, preferably with a focus on asset management.
• Experience handling end‑to‑end ERP package customization and implementation.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design and hands‑on development.

Required skills

• IBM Maximo (EAM) expertise.
• Python programming.
• JavaScript for UI development.
