Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer who will lead the end‑to‑end development, industrialization, and optimization of manufacturing processes and engineered components. The role bridges product engineering and manufacturing to deliver cost‑effective, high‑quality, and on‑time solutions across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and validation of remanufactured products and components.
• Ensure product designs meet manufacturability, cost, and reliability targets.
• Lead product industrialization from concept through production release.
• Drive engineering changes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Improve first‑pass yield, reduce scrap and rework, and optimize cycle time.
• Develop, validate, and standardize manufacturing processes and parameters.
• Conduct process capability studies and ensure process stability.
• Implement Lean methodologies to enhance operational performance.
• Lead structured problem‑solving activities (RCA, 8D, PFMEA, Control Plans).
• Perform failure analysis linking product performance to manufacturing conditions.
