Senior Manager, US Marketing & Events

About the role

The Senior Manager, US Marketing & Events reports to the US Marketing & Communications Director and leads all outbound branded communications across the United States. The role oversees events, philanthropic initiatives, and partnership programs, working closely with retail leadership and salon directors to align local execution with global brand goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that support regional sales targets while reflecting global brand objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve annual sales goals and track marketing ROI.
• Conduct luxury market research on events, outreach tools, and visual merchandising.
• Manage the US Marketing Manager and coordinate workflow across the marketing team.
• Identify and secure local partnership opportunities and client outreach programs.
• Lead end‑to‑end event execution, including VIP launches, galas, product launches, in‑salon activations, and partner events.
• Create event briefs, onboard agencies, and evaluate agency capabilities.
• Gather post‑event feedback, analyze performance, and report sales impact.
• Coordinate with Merchandise Planning, Security, and Operations to ensure product availability, safety compliance, and timely delivery.
• Develop unique gifting concepts and high‑touch communication tools for VVIP clientele.
• Support philanthropic initiatives in partnership with the US Marketing & Communications Director.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior marketing roles with a focus on events and brand communications.
• Strong ability to translate global brand strategy into regional execution.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Leadership experience managing direct reports.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of measuring marketing ROI.
