Senior Manager, US Ethics & Compliance

About the role

Servier is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its U.S. Ethics & Compliance program. This hands‑on position will manage the annual monitoring program, audits, corrective actions and investigations, providing critical analytics and governance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Execute risk‑based compliance monitoring, own the monitoring plan and drive stakeholder follow‑through.
• Conduct live and transactional monitoring, develop findings and lead follow‑up with business owners.
• Translate monitoring results, audit findings and remediation progress into leadership insights.
• Drive CAPA tracking, owner accountability and timely completion of corrective actions.
• Strengthen tools, dashboards, workflows and case‑management processes supporting compliance operations.
• Support investigations through intake, document collection, interviews, data analytics and draft reporting.
• Develop dashboards, status updates, trend summaries and metrics that highlight risks and recurring themes.
• Collaborate with global Ethics & Compliance colleagues and cross‑functional partners to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or related regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare compliance expectations (risk‑based monitoring, auditing, CAPA, privacy, promotion, industry codes).
• Strong project‑management, organization and documentation skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent judgment, discretion and ability to apply compliance principles to complex scenarios.
• Effective written and verbal communication, capable of translating complex requirements into clear guidance.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and influence without direct authority.

• Salary range $140,000‑$160,000 plus short‑term and long‑term incentive programs.
