Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

About the role

Servier, a Boston‑based commercial‑stage biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to support hiring across its U.S. business and global functions. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring teams, build diverse talent pipelines, and help scale the organization to meet its ambitious growth goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for positions across multiple disciplines.
• Engage hiring managers to ensure an efficient, positive candidate experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador, driving recruitment marketing, events, and outreach to build talent pools.
• Gather and present labor‑market data, including salary trends and competitor insights.
• Maintain compliance and high‑quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align talent strategy with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 5+ years of recruitment or sourcing experience, preferably in pharma/biotech.
• Strong organization, communication, and project‑management skills.
• Experience managing candidates in an ATS/CRM system.
• Agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly as business needs change.
