Senior Manager, Student Success

About the role

Inspira Education is seeking a Senior Manager, Student Success to lead the end‑to‑end supply operations of its marketplace. Based in our Gramercy office, you will match ambitious students with top‑tier admissions counselors, ensuring a seamless, high‑impact experience from enrollment through graduation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the customer escalation function, creating SOPs and protocols to resolve issues quickly and empathetically.
• Design and implement processes that boost counselor performance, improve student experience, and increase operational efficiency.
• Utilize CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) to streamline workflows, maintain data integrity, and build reporting dashboards.
• Plan and execute operational launch plans for new products, services, or verticals in close partnership with sales, marketing, product, and tech teams.
• Collaborate with sales and lifecycle marketing to develop and roll out upsell and cross‑sell strategies, training counselors as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing customer success or operations teams in an education or SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable process improvements.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, capable of acting as a trusted advisor for students and families.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, high energy, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
